PLC + HMI Display
The Control panel is equipped with a PLC & HMI. The PLC governs the VFDs and Motor Contactors based on the feedback from the pressure transmitter using the pump program. The HMI displays the pump running status, pressure settings, faults & alarms and change parameters
Pump Run Time Equalization
The Lead Pump, Lag Pump & Standby Pump are alternated with every duty cycle to enable even wear & tear of all pumps and prolong the life of each pump
Adjustable Pressure Setpoint
The pressure setpoint is user adjustable and can be easily changed in the field as per requirement
Automatic Operation
The Control Panel operates in Auto mode to maintain constant pressure at the setpoint and varies the RPM of the Lead pump; if the Lead pump capacity is exceeded, the Lag pump is turned ON. When all pumps are OFF, the Control Panels turns all pumps OFF. The pumps are turned ON automatically when the water demand returns
Pump & Motor Protection
The Control panel is equipped with pump & motor protection features such as Dry run prevention, Over/ Under Load, Over/Under Voltage, Single Phase prevention in the Automatic and Manual mode of operation
Communication with BMS
The Control Panel can be equipped with any major Industry standard communication protocol to allow monitoring and control by a Building Management System

Manual Bypass Option
The Control panel is equipped with a Manual bypass option which enables the pumps to be operated manually in case of failure of automation or emergency FULL SPEED operation
APPLICATIONS
Cool Water Circulation Pump Systems
Cool water circulation pump systems circulate water that has been cooled by the use of cooling towers, throughout the plant. In some applications, the cold water is circulated through a number of machines. Sometimes, water is circulated through these machines even when they are down for maintenance.
Retrofitting existing pump control panels with VFD pump control panels enables significant amount of energy savings. When the load on pumps reduces to 80%, the energy consumption reduces to 50%
Chilled Water Circulation Pump Systems
Pump systems circulate chilled water throughout the plant. Chilled water is a precious resource and should be used very carefully. Circulating chilled water to machines under maintenance results in a lot of energy wastage.
Constant High Pressure Applications
Constant High pressure applications require water pressure to be delivered at a specific pressure setting in-spite of variation in water demand. This type of operation is not possible using a fixed speed pump system.
Variable Demand Processes
Some industrial processes require constant START / STOP of High pressure water supply. A fixed speed pump system, if used for this application, results in issues such as hammering, pipe breakage, inconsistent pressure, high wear & tear of pump & motor parts.
VFD based pump control panels allow setting of an adjustable pressure setpoint and also provide a soft START & STOP to the pumps while drastically reducing pump & motor wear & tear

Our Control Panels also protect the motor from harmful electrical conditions such as Overload or Voltage Fluctuations etc.

Temperature Based Motor Control
Application: Cooling Tower Fan Motor
Control Panels can control a Cooling Tower Fan motor to operate based on feedback from Thermocouple or RTD sensor. User can define a High & Low Temperature setting and the Panel will operate the Fan motor as per these temperature settings. The Fan motor will stop when the water temperature drops below Low setpoint and start after the temperature rises above the High setpoint.
Pressure Based Motor Control
Application: Air Compressor
Control Panels can control any Air Compressor based on feedback from a Pressure switch. User can install upto 2 compressors on a single Control panel and alternate the compressor operation for each duty cycle, thus ensuring even wear & tear of both compressors.
Level / Proximity Based Motor Control
Application: Conveyor belts / Hoists etc
Conveyor Belt Motors: Control panel can control a conveyor belt motor based on feedback from a disc type or suitable sensor (potential free) to start or stop operation. E.g. Filling silo with bagasse in Sugarcane factory.
Hoist / Crane Motors: Control panel can control a Hoist / Crane motor based on feedback from a Proximity sensor or Limit Switch (potential free) to stop operation.
* Any other motors for various application can be operated using our control panel and can be protected against Overload / Underload or Voltage Fluctations.
