LEVEL MONITORING PANELS

LEVEL MONITORING PANELS

LEVEL MONITORING PANELS

COMPATIBLE SENSORS:

Acuatron Level Monitoring Panel allows monitoring of liquid level in a storage tank. The panels also provides an audible alarm in case of Low Level or Overflow of the liquid in the storage tank. Additionally, if a valve is installed on a pipe line filling the tank, the control panel operates the valve based on level of liquid in the storage tank.

5 Indication Levels

The Panel displays 5 Liquid Levels in the Storage tank:

  • OV. FL. : Liquid Overflow Alarm
  • 100%
  • 75%
  • 50%
  • 25% : Low Liquid Level Alarm

Built—In Hooter

A hooter (audible alarm) is built in to the panel to alert the user of Overflow condition or Low Liqud Level condition. A push button is provided to acknowledge (silence) the Alarm. When the Alarm sounds, the user must press & hold the acknowledgement button to silence the alarm.

Sequence of Operation

  • Five separate float switches OR a single Level transmitter capable of indicating 5 levels is installed in the Storage tank
  • When the Liquid level crosses the level of any float switch or setpoint of the Level transmitter then the corresponding LED lights up
  • When the Liquid level falls below 25% or rises above the Overflow limit, an audible alarm sounds
  • The audible alarm can be silenced by pressing and holding the acknowledgement for 2 seconds

Modbus Compatibility (Optional)

The panel can be connected to a BMS system to relay Liquid Level data and Alarm status:

  • RS485 Modbus Connection
  • Each panel is assigned a unique address
  • Each parameter in the panel is assigned a unique address
  • Panels can be wired in a daisy-chain configuration using Armoured & Shielded cable (installed away from power wiring)

LEVEL MONITORING & VALVE CONTROL PANELS

COMPATIBLE SENSORS:

Acuatron Level Monitoring & Valve Control Panel allows monitoring of liquid level in a storage tank and operate a valve based on the water level. The panels also provides an audible alarm in case of Low Level or Overflow of the liquid in the storage tank.

5 Indication Levels

The Panel displays 5 Liquid Levels in the Storage tank:

  • OV. FL. : Liquid Overflow Alarm
  • 100% : Valve Closed
  • 75%
  • 50% : Valve Opened
  • 25% : Low Liquid Level Alarm

Built—In Hooter

A hooter (audible alarm) is built in to the panel to alert the user of Overflow condition or Low Liquid Level condition. A push button is provided to acknowledge (silence) the Alarm. When the Alarm sounds, the user must press & hold the acknowledgement button to silence the alarm

Valve Operation

The panel operates the Valve based on Liquid level feedback from the Float switches or Level transmitter. By default setting, the panel opens the valve when Liquid level drops below 50% and closes the valve when the water level rises above 100%.

Sequence of Valve Operation

  • A valve is installed on the Liquid inlet line to the storage tank
  • When the Liquid level crosses the level of any float switch or setpoint of the Level transmitter then the corresponding LED lights up
  • When the Liquid level falls below 50%, the panel opens the valve
  • When the Liquid level rises above 100%, the panel closes the valve
